Meet this year'sALL-USA Central Indiana baseball Super Team, honoring the best of the best from around the area.
FIRST TEAM
Ty Anderson, Westfield, Sr.
College: Eastern Illinois
Anderson became Westfield's ace as a senior and dominated opposing batters. The right-hander went 8-4 with a 2.06 ERA and 78 strikeouts over 68 innings. He had three starts with 10 strikeouts and pitched six-plus innings in five consecutive starts to end the season.
Jack Brown, Fishers, Sr.
College: Louisville
One of the top two-way players in the state since his freshman season, Brown ended his career with another stellar campaign. At the plate, Brown batted .419 with eight RBIs, six doubles and two home runs. On the mound, the righty had a 7-1 record with a 2.06 ERA and 67 strikeouts over 51 innings. Brown threw three complete games and two shutouts.
Noah Coy, Center Grove, Sr.
College: Notre Dame
The smooth-fielding shortstop put together a dominant senior season on a Center Grove squad that won 27 games. Coy batted .451 with 42 runs scored, 27 RBIs, seven doubles, two triples, three home runs and 17 stolen bases. Coy finished with a .920 fielding percentage.
Hogan Denny, Mooresville, Sr.
College: IU
Denny, the Indiana Gatorade baseball Player of the Year put together a senior season worthy of the prestigious award, leading Mooresville all the way to the Class 4A state title game. The two-way star batted .472 with 42 runs scored, 40 RBIs, 13 doubles, three triples, 10 home runs and 24 stolen bases. On the mound, Denny had a 2-1 record with a 0.71 ERA and 11 saves. The righty had three games with 12-plus strikeouts. He ended his career with 17 and 12-strikeout games, respectively.

Drew Helton, Whiteland, Sr.
College: Purdue Fort Wayne
The right-handed slugger increased his batting average every season of his career, ending with a .479 average as a senior. Helton added 20 runs scored, 30 RBIs, 11 doubles, one triple, three home runs and 11 stolen bases. On the mound, Helton had a 5-2 record with a 3.38 ERA and 38 strikeouts over 47⅔ innings.
Austin McNabb, Perry Meridian, Jr.
College: Dayton
McNabb broke out as a sophom*ore and took his game to another level as a junior. The 6-4 righty had a 9-1 record with a 0.94 ERA and 83 strikeouts over 66⅔ innings. The Marion County Player of the Year threw three complete games, including a one-hit, nine-strikeout game against Greenwood.

Jacob Morris, New Palestine, So.
College: Uncommitted
Morris put together a breakout two-way campaign for the Dragons. The sophom*ore batted .423 with 29 runs scored, 34 RBIs, seven doubles, two triples, two home runs and five stolen bases. On the mound, 6-foot, 180-pound righty had a 5-3 record with a 1.04 ERA and 49 strikeouts over 47⅓ innings.
Brendin Oliver, Mooresville, Sr.
College: Cincinnati
Oliver formed a lethal 1-2 punch on the mound with Hogan Denny, leading Mooresville to the Class 4A state championship. The 6-4, 195-pound righty had a flawless 12-0 record with a 2.15 ERA and 92 strikeouts over 68⅓ innings. Oliver threw three complete games, including a 14-strikeout no-hitter against Perry Meridian.
Aiden Reynolds, Noblesville, So.
College: IU
The IU commit batted .373 with 27 RBIs, eight doubles, one triple, one home run and 17 stolen bases. Reynolds had multiple hits in nine games, walked 22 times and struck out just 17 times in 29 games.
J.D. Stein, Carmel, Jr.
College: Uncommitted
Stein batted .385 with 36 runs scored, 13 doubles, three triples, three home runs, 15 RBIs and 14 stolen bases. Stein walked 20 times and struck out just eight times in 29 games. The shortstop/third baseman finished with a .904 fielding percentage.
Cam Sullivan, Mt. Vernon, Sr.
College: Notre Dame
Sullivan has some of the best stuff off the mound in the state, pairing a 95-mph fastball with multiple hard-breaking off-speed pitches. Sullivan finished his senior season 3-1 with a 0.75 ERA and 65 strikeouts over 37⅓ innings. He recorded 11 or more strikeouts in four of his seven appearances. Sullivan competed at the MLB draft combine in Arizona and is projected as a possible third-round pick in the upcoming MLB draft.
Davis Wagner, Guerin Catholic
College: Augusta University
Wagner .412 with 25 runs scored, 32 RBIs, 12 doubles, one triple, six home runs and one stolen base. On the mound, Wagner had a 5-2 record with one save, a 0.17 ERA and a 0.85 WHIP. Wagner struck out 46 batters over 40 innings pitched.
Mateo Wells, Zionsville, Sr.
College: High Point
Wells made huge leaps in production from his junior to senior year. Wells had a 5-1 record with a sparkling 0.89 ERA and 71 strikeouts over 55 innings pitched. Wells made three scoreless appearances, including shutouts against McCutcheon and Carmel. He allowed two or fewer runs in seven of his nine appearances.
SECOND TEAM
A.J. Beggs, Center Grove, Sr.
The Southwestern Illinois Junior College commit batted .382 with 35 runs scored, 11 doubles, five home runs, one triple and six stolen bases.
Brendan Boynton, Lawrence North, Jr.
The junior emerged as LN's ace going 7-1 with a 1.93 ERA and 65 strikeouts over 54⅓ innings. At the plate, Boynton batted .267 with 14 runs scored, three doubles and one triple.
Josh Girvan, Zionsville, Sr.
The Wabash Valley commit is a speedster and on-base machine. He batted .404 with 32 runs scored, 12 RBIs, nine doubles, two triples and 32 stolen bases. The shortstop had a stellar .985 fielding percentage, committing just one error all season.
Desmond Francis, Park Tudor, So.
The rising uncommitted prospect brings elite athleticism to the diamond. Francis batted .493 with 26 runs scored, 21 RBIs, three doubles, two triples, two home runs and 14 stolen bases. On the mound, Francis went 4-1 with a 2.03 ERA and 42 strikeouts over 31 innings.
Ethan Lund, Hamilton Southeastern, Sr.
The Oklahoma State commit's electric stuff helped him rack up the strikeouts for HSE. The lefty had a 3-3 record with a 4.17 ERA and 85 strikeouts over 43⅔ innings. Lund finished the season strong, recording 13 or more strikeouts in three of his last four starts.
David Mendez, Scecina, Sr.
Mendez earned City Player of the Year honors for his standout senior season. Mendez hit .468 with two home runs, eight doubles and 20 RBIs. He was also 6-5 as a pitcher with a 2.85 earned run average and 72 strikeouts in 61 1/3 innings.
Nolan Moore, Covenant Christian, Sr.
The University of Charleston (W.Va.) commit batted .400 with 26 runs scored, 13 RBIs, four doubles, six triples, two home runs and 16 stolen bases.
Aiden Kerr, Perry Meridian, Jr.
The uncommitted catcher developed into the Falcons' top slugger this season. Kerr batted .379 with nine runs scored, 14 RBIs, three doubles and six home runs. He walked 15 times and struck out just 17 times in 24 games. Behind the plate, Kerr produced a .977 fielding percentage.
Gavin Kuzniewski, Fishers, Sr.
The Ohio State commit formed a dominant top of the rotation with teammate Jack Brown. Kuzniewski had a 5-3 record with a 1.97 ERA and 65 strikeouts over 49⅔ innings. The 5-9 righty threw back-to-back complete games against Avon and Franklin Central, respectively, racking up 22 combined strikeouts.
Weston Harvey, Franklin Central, Sr.
The Bethel University commit had a 4-5 record and one save, with a 1.62 ERA and 80 strikeouts over 64⅔ innings. Harvey had three starts with 11 or more strikeouts, including a 13-strikeout, six-inning start against Westfield.
Wyatt Pennington, Avon, Jr.
The uncommitted junior batted .317 with 27 runs scored, 24 RBIs, 11 doubles, one triple, three home runs and six stolen bases. On the mound, Pennington had a 3-3 record with a 3.73 ERA and 53 strikeouts over 30 innings.
J.J. Prendergast, Roncalli, Sr.
The Taylor University commit had a 5-1 record with a 1.46 ERA and 73 strikeouts over 52⅔ innings. The senior had three starts with 10-plus strikeouts, including a 13-strikeout win over Perry Meridian.
Parker Rhodes, Greenfield-Central, Jr.
The uncommitted junior had a breakout season for Greenfield-Central. Rhodes had a 3-5 record with a 2.77 ERA and 89 strikeouts over 43 innings. Rhodes reached double digits strikeouts in five of six starts from early April to mid-May. Rhodes recorded 16 strikeouts against Yorktown for a complete game win. He struck out 15 (in five innings) against Anderson.

Aiden Smith, Shelbyville, So.
The uncommitted sophom*ore is developing into one of the best players in the state. On the mound, Smith a 4-3 record with a 1.87 ERA and 82 strikeouts over 48⅔ innings. At the plate, Smith batted .346 with 11 RBIs, three doubles, two triples, two home runs and two stolen bases.
Hunter Snow, Carmel, Sr.
The Baylor commit batted .348 with 26 runs scored, 36 RBIs, six doubles, six home runs and 10 stolen bases. The rangy centerfielder finished with a .980 fielding percentage, committing just one error in 29 games.
Brayden Stevenson, Pendleton Heights, Jr.
The Ball State commit is projected to play behind the plate at the next level, but he shined as Pendleton Heights' ace this season. Stevenson finished with a 7-0 record. He had a 1.73 ERA and 44 strikeouts over 48⅓ innings.
Michael Thorpe, New Palestine, Sr.
Thorpe led New Pal with a 6-1 record. He pitched to a 2.24 ERA with 76 strikeouts over 59⅓ innings.
Max Winders, Carmel, Sr.
The Western Kentucky commit had a 5-2 record with a 2.33 ERA and 56 strikeouts over 42 innings.
THIRD TEAM
Eli Bennett, Cathedral, Jr.
The IU commit had a 5-2 record with a 1.65 ERA and 43 strikeouts over 42⅓ innings. At the plate, the lefty batted .256 with 13 runs scored, 13 RBIs, two doubles and two home runs.
Trevor Corbett, Noblesville, Jr.
The uncommitted junior batted .297 with 36 runs scored, 29 RBIs, four doubles, two triples, two home runs and nine stolen bases.
Logan Crock, Lawrence North, Sr.
The Butler commit batted .376 with 32 runs scored, 22 RBIs, four doubles, two triples, one home run and 29 stolen bases. Crock walked 29 times and struck out just four times in 29 games.
Nolan Decker, Noblesville, Sr.
The Troy commit had a 4-2 record with a 3.34 ERA and 56 strikeouts over 44 innings. At the plate, Decker batted .304 with 17 runs scored, 19 RBIs and two doubles.
Matt Drozlek, Westfield, Jr.
The Arkon commit batted .309 with 16 runs scored, 29 RBIs, seven doubles, one triple, two home runs and two stolen bases.
Ahmaad Duff, Lawrence Central, Sr.
The Alabama commit batted .384 with 31 runs scored, 14 RBIs, seven doubles, one triple, two home runs and 18 stolen bases.
Christian Forniss, Brebeuf Jesuit, Sr.
The Northwestern commit was the ace for Class 3A state runner-up Brebeuf. The lefty had a 5-6 record with a 2.53 ERA and 81 strikeouts over 63⅔ innings.

Carter Hall, Park Tudor, Sr.
The Niagara commit had a 7-1 record with 53 strikeouts over 46⅔ innings. At the plate Hall batted .329 with 25 RBIs, five doubles, two triples, two home runs and three stolen bases.
Ben Hammond, Fishers, Sr.
The Indiana Tech commit batted .341 with 20 RBIs, seven doubles, two triples, one home run and two stolen bases. Hammond added three saves and 13 strikeouts over 13⅓ innings on the mound.
Brayden Hibler, Westfield, Sr.
The Central Missouri commit batted .295 with 24 runs scored, 27 RBIs, seven doubles, four triples, two home runs and 10 stolen bases. The shortstop finished with a .961 fielding percentage, committing just four errors in 29 games.
Nick Johnson, Lawrence Central, Sr.
The Lincoln Trail commit batted .434 with 21 runs scored, 26 RBIs, nine doubles, two triples, one home run and 23 stolen bases. Johnson finished with a .976 fielding percentage, with just one error in 22 games.
Dalton Jones, Shelbyville, Jr.
The uncommitted junior batted .390 with 21 runs scored 20 RBIs, six doubles and five home runs. The 6-3 lefty had a .970 fielding percentage with just three errors in 24 games. He added one saves and 18 strikeouts over 14⅓ innings on the mound.
Will Loftus, Brebeuf Jesuit, Sr.
The Marietta College commit batted .376 with 19 runs scored, 29 RBIs, 11 doubles, four home runs, six stolen bases and two triples.
Colin McNeer, Brownsburg, Jr.
The uncommitted junior batted .333 with nine runs scored, 11 RBIs, six doubles, one triple, two stolen bases and two home runs.
Hudson Mills, Lutheran, So.
The uncommitted sophom*ore batted .464 with 36 runs scored, 25 RBIs, five doubles, four triples, one home run and 14 stolen bases. On the mound, the lefty had a 5-4 record with a 2.98 ERA and 71 strikeouts over 56⅓ innings.
Micah Rienstra-Kiracofe, North Central, Sr.
The Kent State commit batted .343 with 23 runs scored, 13 RBIs, two doubles, one triple, four stolen bases and six stolen bases. One the mound, Rienstra-Kiracofe added three saves and eight strikeouts over 9⅓ innings.
Sam Roeder, Roncalli, Jr.
The uncommitted junior batted .451 with 33 runs scored, 18 RBIs, eight doubles, two triples and 22 stolen bases.
Kade Tislow, Avon, Sr.
The Lincoln Trail commit had a 6-2 record with a 1.45 ERA and 52 strikeouts over 48⅓ innings.
Jordan Williamson, Pendleton Heights, Jr.
The uncommitted junior batted .424 with 18 runs scored, 25 RBIs, six doubles, two triples and 15 stolen bases.
