Rude employees. Had toinsist onasking for amanager this evening. The representative cut meoff toget toan area. Iwaited for them tomove soI could get tothe area. Then they asked mewhy Iwas starring atthem. Itold them they cut meoff and waiting for them tomove. Itol them totalk tome like that was rude. declined toto gtanager hefirst time and Idon't have aneed tocontinue shopping where customer service isn't apriority!

Usually super great, it's the Sephora Igo towhen it's just aquick inandout, it's smaller than most, and they don't have aswide ofa selection. Anyway, the reason for myreview, isusually when I'm curious about askincare, Ilike tosampleit. I'm used tothe girls writing down the product onthe lil Sephora ziploc baggy, usually theydo, but today Igot 3samples and nonames, and Ionly stress the importance ofthis because some people have sensitive skin, and itdoesn't react well toevery product. Like, myskin loves Sunday Riley and drunk elephant,yet, got anallergy after using biossance..just saying.… – show

I visited this store afew daysago. This location reminded meof why Ialways steer clear ofthe wannabe jcpenny locations. There’s only like two cast members onthe floor and they are both over worked (poor girls) and this location only carries afraction ofwhat Sephora should carry. Including hourglass. Definitely not returning.

Customer service ishorrible atthis place asthey DONOT have the proper personnel inplace. Wewaited more than 30minutes and had tochase one ofthe girls from the counter. Donot let Gloria help you atall. She has nocustomer service skills and she isthe reason why wedid not purchase anything. She made uswait more than30.minutes online just totell usto wait some more when wegot tothe counter.

Horrid customer service. Got there when itopened, told one oftwo reps there Ineeded todo anexchange without areceipt, she looked atme like Iwas crazy. She told meto goto the counter, Itold her Iwanted Kush mascara,she. Had noidea what thatwas, Itold her Milk dropped iton 4/20. She showed meMilk products which were sparse. Then Itold her iwanted anorganic eye pencil, she didn’t know what that was but had vegan. Fine same thing. Next Ineeded anude lipstick, she showed meSephora and guaranteed not organic, she then informed meshe had tohelp another customer, the entire interaction took 3minutes. After fumbling about Iwent tocheckout. There was awoman infront ofme whose insider card wouldn’t scan anthis same sales clerk would not help her manually put itin and said she had todo itherself.
I put myproducts back and left.
Came home intent oncomplaining via email.1000characters isnot enough. Have tocall.
Had totake aXanax, maybe Ineedtwo.

Three associates Inthe store and itwas not that busy at230pm inthe afternoon. Waited and waited and waited tojust ask ifthey had DrBrandt and noone made eye contact, asked ifI needed assistance. Ieven stood Inline with two cashier working the counter. SoI decided maybe standing inline would get mea step closer tomy question answered. AsI'm still inline second cashier girl walks away from the counter avoiding eye contact doesn't ask ifI need help orsomeone will bewith you injust amoment noacknowledgement oranything. Ican see now why this store has such horrible reviews. Shout out tothe operations/management team. Fish rots from the head get your store and associates together. My experience atthis Sephora location was very different from the ones Iread. Iwent inlooking tofind aNARs foundation that afriend recommended tome. Itwas myfirst time every visiting Sephora, and Lita was very helpful! She helped meget skin matched with ashade that fits mycomplexion. She also recommended agood primer and concealer. She was very nice, quick and really knew her makeup. Happy customer here!!
